New Motorola Cell Phone Battery
The Motorola’s SLVR L7 cell phones will soon come out with new hydrogen battery which is highly efficient compared to the existing lithium ion batteries.
Angstrom Power, the Canadian based firm who created the new direct methanol fuel cell for mobile phones had already tested it with the Motorola cell phone model. According to the producers the new hydrogen fuel cells takes only ten minutes to recharge and will be environment friendly while many activists claims that lithium batteries result in contaminate water sources and other pollution.
This seems to be a major breakthrough in cell phone battery technology which will probably reduce the weight of cell phones and will drastically cut down the time needed for charging the phone.
